Do you offer consultations?
We offer a free initial style consultation with no obligation to book an appointment with us. This allows you to get to know our us, and gain some valuable advice and decide whether our salon is the right fit for you.
How do you price your services?
We have a tiered price system where you pay for the level of your style. We understand that our guests have unique challenges and aspirations and we believe our personalized approach is a fair, simple and transparent way of pricing our services. It also empowers our stylists to be creative by removing the restrictions set by the conventional ‘one size fits all’ approach.
How far in advance do I have to book?
In order to secure your ideal appointment time, please be sure to book your appointment 2-4 weeks in advance. Dates can be changed if necessary. Evenings and Weekend appointments are our most popular times and we advice to book your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment.
What happen's if I'm late for an appointment?
We ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. Should you arrive late, we will do our best to keep your arranged appointments, however we may have to shorten or change the appointment to ensure the stylists and other guests for the day aren’t affected.
What's your cancellation policy?
We politely request that all guests let us know if they can’t make an appointment as soon as possible. We need a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations, as we can fill that appointment space with a guest on our waiting list.
What products do you use?
At Miss Gail’s studio salon, we have carefully chosen to work with a variety of hair products, who are world leaders in producing the highest quality hair and beauty products.
What if I don’t like my hair?
If you are unhappy with your hair, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do everything that we possibly can to remedy anything that you don’t like about your hair, until you are happy with the result.
Do you offer refunds?
As a general rule we do not give refunds. If you are unhappy with your hair, we will work hard to correct it until you are happy. We will refund products with the presentation of the receipt. If you have used the product but feel that what you have purchased is unsuitable, we will be able to exchange it for something that is more suitable.
What credit/debit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit & debit cards including Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
Do you have a rewards/loyalty card program?
We currently do not offer a rewards/loyalty card program for services. However we may do so in the future when we open our e-commerce shop.
Do you have parking?
You can park outside the of our salon for free, there are usually many parking spots available but this also depends on the time and day.
How can I pay for my order?
Miss Gail’s Shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.
How long will it take me to get my order?
Since we partner up with high end hair product companies our timeless for shipping will vary but standard shipping should take 4-5 business days. This will depend on the brand that will be shipping your order. Due to Covid-19 orders may take longer to arrive.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.
Can I exchange my order?
If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our returns page and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.
